Sale & Final Sale Items

  • Sale items under $50 are reduced to clear and cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' will be clearly indicated on the product page prior to purchase. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Hygiene Restrictions

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, earrings, swimwear, and undergarments cannot be returned for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Eligible items returned for change of mind will be issued with a credit note.
  • Under Australian Consumer Law, Cavorté is not required to provide a refund for change of mind, including purchases made with Afterpay or Zip Pay.
  • Change of mind includes but is not limited to: incorrect size or fit, change in personal preference or style, receiving the item later than expected, or no longer requiring the item after purchase.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be lodged within the specified return period.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items marked as final sale, earrings, swimwear (without hygiene seals), and gift cards are not eligible for change of mind returns.
  • Sale items under $50 are reduced to clear and cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' will be clearly indicated on the product page prior to purchase. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@cavorte.com with your order number and photos of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. Faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

All eligible items returned for change of mind will be issued with a store credit note — both online and instore — in line with ACCC guidelines. Credit notes do not expire.

Under Australian Consumer Law, Cavorté is not required to provide a refund for change of mind, including purchases made with Afterpay or Zip Pay.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Eligible returns will receive a store credit note — no cash refunds for change of mind.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
